Our Online Clinicians are available 6 days of a week between the hours of 10AM - 5PM a year in order to serve the customers at their ease of time.

5) How are my consultation recordings kept and who can see them?
To ensure DirectHealth provide excellent quality all recordings are encrypted. You can view the recording on your DirectHealth account under "My Appointments”.
