I am following a online manual which told me to download the app to enable the setting and it says I need to be a high volume dealer. I paid for a piece of junk because now I can’t find a dealer near by. I will return the smartstart and have another remote starter installed. ### 1/5 — No one contacted *2023-12-24* How stupid it is not to be able to use the program APP if you are not a high-volume dealer. I filled out the forms on the website, but no one contacted me and I do not have access to the settings . I had to return two sets of DS4 to the seller. ### 3/5 — Does not Show Solutions. *2022-06-14* As a Technician I use this app fairly often on the daily basis. The main Problem is the Solution page gets Stuck on the loading screen. I can still use DirectWire to find all my wires but when I’m with a customer and I’m trying to see what module would be best compatible or see the Install guides it won’t even open and I have to hop on the Desktop to open what I’m looking for. I Hope they fix this bug because it is annoying. Next time I am on the phone with TechSupport I will address this problem to find out what it could be. I did reset my phone and delete the app and all that and it still seems to do it. Other Than that I still do use this app and it’s not bad for what it is. ### 2/5 — Some tabs not working *2022-03-31* The solutions tab does not load it gets past all the vehicle selections and then once you choose a device to look at the instructions it gets stuck with the loading circle and have to close app and reopen before I can do anything else thought it may be a internet problem but all other tabs work fine and I left on loading circle for over 45 min and still never loaded phone is 12pro max iPhone ### 1/5 — Took away direct wire *2021-01-24* Little to no point installing this without direct wire. ### 1/5 — Total Scam *2020-10-07, version 1.2.3* Directed’s business model is a total scam. You’re not allowed to work on your own device, which you purchased. I had to reinstall mine after my installer did a horrid job, but can’t change things like my lights settings (it’s unsafe how it is right now) because directed doesn’t allow users to do anything whatsoever. I spent way to much money to be this unhappy about a product, and their support won’t help me at all. This app should not be allowed in the App Store if the public cannot use it. ### 1/5 — Not work *2019-11-21* All isn’t working anymore Please fix it ### 1/5 — Cannot flash or change settings DS4/DS4+ *2019-11-14* Can’t flash DS4/DS4+ hangs at SmartStart select,says no brands can be found. Won’t bring up advance so can’t access for programming changes-iPhones and Android ### 3/5 — iOS issues *2019-11-10* Upgraded my phone from iPhone X to the 11 pro and app no longer allows me to view wiring instructions on. Also and doesn’t allow me to flash Ds4+ through app anymore. Worked fine on iPhone X. Im a installer for BestBuy was definitely a nice feature for changing crank times and adjusting run times without pulling the brain out and plugging it into the computer. ### 1/5 — Update Please *2019-09-29* Needs an update ASAP.
