Updates please!! ### 2/5 — Needs to be updated *2018-08-27, version 2.0* For what is being paid for the service that you provide I would like to see an update to allow for more features in the app. It would be nice to get alerts when messages/forms are created. There is no option to show time / mileage to next destination, this is a must especially when there's been an accident. It would also be great to see options for different routes, similar to Google Maps. Unfortunate I will be moving to another telematics provider if these changes are not made soon. Our company cannot even send messages to our trucks via our handheld devices. I’ve been calling Navman repeatedly to try to get this resolved but, it almost seems like they do not know what they are doing. To this day almost one year after reporting this issue, Navman Has not resolved the issue. Our company is now thinking of dropping not have a man because of their poor product and their poor performance. ### 1/5 — Do not use Teletrac *2018-12-07, version 2.0* They are horrible. Their customer service is horrible. They do not care because they have you locked into a two to three year contract. They will not call you back or solve any problems that you are having. I never have received such horrible customer service from any company ever as this one.
