Downloaded the app from the app store as directed. Clicked on the subscribe button to purchase a 1yr subscription. As of this time, I am still not able to download nor access the current volume (April). Sent an email to customer service and unfortunately I seemed to have confused matters but my support request has been deemed resolved and yet no digital download of my magazine subscription. I'll continue to try to resolve but at first impression, Zinio is a much easier method of subscribing to digital magazines. At this point I'd rather cancel my subscription and credit my account than go through steps to resolve. I canceled the rest of my subscription and wish I could get back the remainder of what’s left. ### 1/5 — Years later, app is still garbage! *2020-01-01* I had a DB magazine digital subscription around 5 years ago and the app was glitchy and I couldn’t read my downloaded editions offline. Thought I would try again as my Mountain Bike magazine app worked great. However, Dirt Bike STILL has a horrible app that is glitchy as can be and STILL won’t let me read my downloaded issues off-line!
