I’m not an amazing dancer, but I am able to follow along and pick this up. I love the fun terms they use to describe moves and just how approachable it feels. I feel like I’m friends with them, they are there with me. I’ve also enjoyed the community and how supportive everyone is. So fun!

Dirtylicious classes have changed my life!! I love that these classes brought dancing back into my life and that I get to check my “workout of the day” box doing something that I love. The instruction is easy to follow, it’s broken down into small chunks with counts, and by the end you know a full dance routine that makes you feel incredible in your body! There’s a variety of dance styles and it’s fun to be able to match that to however I’m feeling that day. Great class, fun choreography, effective workout, and amazing confidence building!

Dirtylicious is a great workout that is also FUN. I love that I get to learn real 8 count choreography in a way that is easy to understand and broken down so I don’t miss a step!
