Don’t recommend it. Afterwards you see that the rate offered on site is same as the discounted price

Awful in every way. First the rooms are constantly  more than on booking and other major sites. They discount off a published rate. And you can’t cancel for a year. Just book their hotels yourself. Complete waste of $200

If you don’t cancel this subscription within 14 days they will continue to charge your card $18 a month for 12 consecutive months. I don’t understand how this is legal. It’s definitely a VERY shady setup.

There are only a few hotels that are on the app, and the restaurants and bars that you can get discounts in are all part of those hotels, so it’s pretty expensive to begin with and the discounts barely make a dent. They’ll sign you up for an annual membership that they’ll charge you monthly for, and even after you’ve come back from vacation and no longer need it, they won’t let you cancel it and keep charging you monthly for it.

While many of our members save an average of £290 on one hotel stay or around £270 a year by enjoying a barista-made drink once a week, we understand that the membership may not suit everyone's travel habits. Traps you into a years membership that you get charged for monthly even after cancelling. Struggling to get a refund on this

No really the app doesn’t work. Have yet to be able to book a single reservation with this membership.

Not working, can’t register it!

Booked a hotel through disloyalty which was later cancelled because the hotel wasn’t ready to open. Not a great start.

More frustrating is the membership side. Cancelling is far harder than it should be. Even after my year ended and cancellation was confirmed, I was charged for a further 4 months. Getting those payments refunded has proven difficult and time consuming with constant chasing required. 

Good idea in principle, execution needs some work.

I paid for the yearly membership, but when I log in to the app, it says the membership is canceled…This is really frustrating as I can't access my membership through the app and have to re-login through their website.

Used the APP first time for Singapore. Works great and cost savings and codes work. Even the free coffee at the hotel and the discounts.
