## What is Discard?

What you let go of says more about you than what you keep.

Discard records the things you let go of (objects, photos, files) as exhibits in your own museum. Keep track of what you buy, what you never use and what you let go, and your spending and owning patterns start to show.

■ 10-second capture
One photo or one name, plus a reason, and you're done.
The category is picked from the name, and each exhibit gets a title like “Shirt, never once worn.”
On big clean-up days, turn on Keep adding to record one thing after another.

■ Your own museum
Every exhibit gets a number and hangs in the gallery for its year.
Put it on a pedestal: the photo's background is removed and your item stands on display like a real museum piece.

■ An item's lifecycle
Bought → last used → let go. See at a glance how long you used it and how long it sat untouched.

■ My letting-go pattern
Your most common reasons, how much of what you let go was barely used, and what you paid for the things you let go.

■ 30-day review
Thirty days after you let something go, we ask “Any regrets?” and keep count of how often it was a good call.

■ Year in review
“What did you remove from your life this year?” Share your year as an image.

■ Before you buy
Check whether you've let go of something similar before, and why.

■ Backed up from day one, no sign-up
Backup starts as soon as you install. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your museum when you switch devices.
Record even faster with the home screen widget and the share sheet.

Available in English, Spanish, Japanese and Korean. Prices are shown in your region's currency, and you can change it anytime.

Not a budgeting app that makes you feel guilty. A record of what was actually worth it to you.
