Answer simple questions about your age, height, weight, experience, goals, available days, location, and equipment. DiscipLift creates an editable workout plan and lets you refine it through the sports-focused AI coach.

TRAIN WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS
Start today's workout from the home screen. Log weights, reps, time, distance, elevation, RPE, rest periods, and notes in a focused active-workout experience. Skip an exercise and return later, replace movements, and get suggestions based on previous sessions.

PLAN A REAL WEEK
Add an existing workout to today, schedule selected days for multiple weeks, move sessions, or update the calendar when an active plan changes.

TRACK MORE THAN GYM SETS
Record walking, running, hiking, cycling, swimming, tennis, football, basketball, padel, and other activities with the measurements each activity needs. Estimated calories use your body weight, activity duration, and intensity.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
