It opens fine but as soon as my partner joins it crashes and won’t let me open it again forcing me to uninstall

Can’t get passed the phone number put in my phone number to verify it and doesn’t send at all tried a few times and I think I know my own phone number says you +44 then the number won’t send code I’m in jersey Channel Islands that uses +44 never had any problems before please fix this

If it was still supported it would still be great. It obviously isn’t anymore since there has been no update in over a year and emails to “support” go unanswered.

Love the app as a way for my wife and I to talk without the kids seeing our texts!  I signed up for subscription but can’t get it to work.  Sent several emails and no reply.

Purchased the subscription and app after 4 days still says I’m not I subscriber. I have emailed the app developer few times with no reply. If it ever gets fixed I will change my review. Don’t waist your money.

Restricts you to x number of files to upload and then asks for subscription. Do not purchase subscription because it doesn’t remove the restriction and charges you without following through on the abilities they advertise the subscription for. If the developers read this I have sent a number of emails to their “support” with no response.

The wife and I are using your app now and she has a request for an update, she would like the ability to show some pics/videos but not all or pick and choose what we can see at certain times. I think this is a good idea too and would also like to limit what I allow her to see throughout the day/week. Anyway love the app bring on more features.

This app is so exciting. It’s exactly what I wanted; totally security and control. I’m in a BDSM relationship where I control what my partner can/can’t look at, and this is perfect for doing so. I’m surprised by the low ratings because the app does exactly what it says it does, and seems to be a great way to stay safe from hackers, nosey friends, and most of all vengeful exes. 

I’m not sure why this isn’t more popular, it just seems like a good idea all around that allows for lots of consent, autonomy, and control. I love it!!!! 💕

This is a useful app for couples. There are a few things that could be better. 
1) The ability to update profile information. Being able to change the display name without having to disconnect and reconnect would be nice. 
2) The notifications seem to have a glitch, I get repeat notifications that my partner has revoked access and then granted access constantly. It appears to have whenever they log in. They receive them too when I have never adjusted the settings. 
3) The ability to move the data to a new phone doesn't seem to exist. The website claims it can be done, but is has never worked for me and we loose all the data. 
4) I should be able to download and save my own files from the app. 
5) Add a zoom feature to the photo viewer.

1) Agree that it would be useful. We have it on our backlog, but it was never a high priority. We will take another look and see if we can get it done sooner. 
2) Sorry about that one - Yes it is a known bug, we are looking into it and will hopefully have it solved soon
3) This is concerning as the ability to change phones is important and it works for us. Can you please contact our support team (support@disckreet.com) to look into this further for you.
4) This is a tough one - we thought about adding this feature but in the end decided not to, as we thought it might be too much of a security risk for you to download content your partner doesn't want you to have on your phone. We will take another look though and see if we can find a safe way of adding this feature.
5) Completely agree - Its on the backlog and will get added.

I really love this app but I had to uninstall and reinstall and now it won’t let me get a code it’s not accepting my number please help!

### 4/5 — Great idea but needs a few tweaks

I finally found an app that does private messaging through an app that seems to be secure and that only allows one on one conversations to avoid the dreaded “I accidentally messaged my mom scenario”.
I understand the concept is it is geared for people in relationships that could go south but narrowing its use too tightly will turn a lot of people off (This apps advertised functions are essentially telling you to download this app if you don’t belong in your current relationship and nobody will use it as it is explicitly telling the other person you don’t trust them), especially if they are in long term relationships or want to use the programs function for business.
I feel that if they were to focus more on trusting relationships by allowing an option to access to photos even without permission at all times. It feels too much like babysitting in the conversation.
Another thing that needs to be fixed is the constant notifications that permission has been revoked and allowed for seemingly no reason.
Over all great functions, but needs to reassess the target market.

I would give this 5 stars but I don’t think this app is being supported any more.  I sent a support email
About 8mos ago that was never answered, and sent another one recently because the Alerts/Notifications for iPhone stopped working.
It works great and wifey and I love it, as long as it’s being supported…..

If partner sends a link it can’t be opened or copied. Not helpful. 
Not sure if paid version both partners have to have?
