With all the awesome Real Estate tools we have you would think they could figure this glitch out. When I open the app, the page shows little gray rectangle boxes that fade in and out like the page is trying to load but it never does. I've had to delete the app and then install it again but it only works for a few days and then I am back to square one. If they can't figure out how to fix the glitch they should get rid of the app!! I have been selling real estate for 21 years and now everyone is using these platforms. Problem is they are not working. This never finished loading using the app on ios. No one can afford to sit there and keep real ding in attempt to get the needed information that the sellers agent has uploaded. After creating my login via my computer, I down loaded the app logged in and then proceed to attempt to access data from a sellers agent. The app logs in and the just presents a grey page with outline of where the data should be but just keep spinning the page loading. Nothing. We are realtors, time is of the essence. We can’t waste our time calling desk support for companies A, B, and C, especially after trying to diagnose the issue ourselves for an hour. Tracking activity allows the agents and sellers to get a sense of interest, give contacts for following up, and lets them understand how vested the interested parties are in the property.
