However, it’s really frustrating that this whole ecosystem is not more dependable with it being the preferred delivery system of. Several entities in the visual media industry. For three months, I have not been able to access the playlist or files through the app while the. Notifications have a 50% chance of working every day. This becomes even more frustrating because the website freezes and or become this unacceptable 30% of the time no matter what device you use while the app seems to be largely inaccessible 50 to 60% of the time. This is concerning because we’re paying money for a service that’s supposed to help make our life easy but it’s creating road blocks, especially when submissions can be due within an hour or two but you can’t access any of your links unless you use the website; assuming that the website isn’t having issues. ### 3/5 — Great when it works right *2026-03-27, version 2.1.11* The app is always freezing . Crashes, no longer saves playlists (in app), CAN’T download tracks/playlists, no usually delete and reinstall but have just about given up on the mobile app. Cant even login as it says “looks like you’re not connected to the internet.” Have deleted and downloaded numerous times.
