## What is DISCO?

This app allows a patient with cancer to enter in enter basic demographic information, such as employment status and type of insurance. Then, based on that information, the app provides the patient with an individualized list of treatment cost-related questions. The patient can then ask their physician or other healthcare providers these questions, which will help the patient gain information on treatment cost and potentially improve
treatment decisions.
