## What is DiscoFish?

DiscoFish turns any gathering into a silent disco. A host runs the free DiscoFish app on their Mac and streams the audio of any app — music, DJ software, a movie — to everyone who joins.

This is the listener app. Scan the host's pairing QR code once and you're in: the stream reaches you over an end-to-end encrypted peer-to-peer connection, so it works on the same Wi-Fi, on 4G/5G across town, or anywhere in between. Put in your headphones and you're on the dance floor.

• Pair by QR code or paste a pairing code
• Everyone hears the same beat at the same moment — drift-corrected sync
• Works over any connection: Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G
• End-to-end encrypted, direct to the host — no server ever hears the music
• Up to six channels per party; switch vibes whenever you like
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Free, forever.

To host a party you'll need the free DiscoFish desktop app from discofishapp.com.
