Great application! I use this to disconnect at night using the sleep toggle, have not yet heard the end of the programme as fast asleep! Lovely tones of voice are just so relaxing and I have been told am a more relaxed, less stressed and positive person during the day!!! Worth a go if you cant switch off at night.

This is exactly what I need. His Deep Sleep app has stopped my dependency on my TV to fall asleep. I'm looking forward to getting over the urge to constantly check my phone and email. I know this will help too!

I love how he makes such specific hypnosis suggestions per app relating to my exact circumstances. Also, if you have been listening to these for a while, they are guarenteed (by me) to help you fall asleep. In fact, it is literally impossible for me to stay awake. This app has amazing customization options.

This app is for you. If you're tired but can't fall asleep. This hypnosis app will help to reprogram you brain if you continue to listen to do it daily for several weeks until your brain learns it's new patterns. Andy J is constantly helping me make different changes for the better.
