There is nothing like having Maddy D & Samantha try on clothes on lives, telling you how everything fits and feels, without leaving the comfort of your home. The customer service is the best of any retailer I have ever worked with. Christine and Jennifer are the best! FREE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING. The only thing I would write negatively, and I’m not going to remove a star for it because I love them so much is the way you have to return items that don’t fit. Occasionally you receive an item that you just don’t like or doesn’t fit in the way you hoped. I live locally to this business, so you would think I could just wrap up my item with the return form and drop it off maybe in a dropbox? at their office. Nope. you have to mail it back to them. So sometimes I will have a $14 shirt, and the most basic shipping cost $10 to send it back. I just end up keeping the clothes I don’t even like because it isn’t worth the $4 credit. There are no refunds, just store credit. I legit don’t need to shop anywhere else! Customer Service is always excellent with answering any questions you may have. The live sales are fun and interactive. I haven’t even mentioned yet that they are size inclusive!!!! I could not recommend this boutique more. They have customer for LIFE!!!!! I ordered a pair of jeans almost 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive & I spoke to their customer service & of course they copy and paste the same old message! I can assure you I’ll never in my life buy another thing from them ! There are so many other boutiques out there that have your items to you within 3 days! DD Takes forever so here’s your warning! GO READ THEIR GOGGLE REVIEWS! They rated 3 stars on google so that’s tells you everything you need to know! But as soon as they do a sale or they go to market, their customer service does not answer emails unless you scream at them on their LIVES and shipping just gets delayed for like 15-16 days. I hate complaining but they need to hire more people to handle the work. The only way I would let me was by downloading their app. By the time I finally got the app downloaded it wanted me to log in with my Facebook account. Didn't think anything of it as a lot of apps are like that. Once I submitted my Facebook account information it would let me get past the page saying "log in" or "creat account" even though I was logged into my account. From there on out my Facebook isn't letting me search anything or post comments. I updated my Facebook app in hopes it'll work and now NOTHING is loading. Do NOT download this app and try to log in with Facebook. I'm hopeful that I can retrieve me account! ### 2/5 — Spend thousands *2022-11-17, version 2.20.59* I spend so much money on the app I lost count. I send something back and they donated it and told me it was final sale and “too bad”. Lost money and they don’t answer back. Why not just remove them?
