The frustration of opening the app to see no order buttons almost makes having it at all not worth it. Successfully placed an order for an eScript. Then tried to order three paper scripts via photo. First attempt got me as far as placing the order and pressing Pay. App froze with useless “something went wrong”. Subsequent attempts fail at photo stage as Photo button is non responsive. Multiple closing of app, reboots etc. Lucky I’m at home sick and have all day to waste trying to make this work. ### 1/5 — Can’t login can’t register *2022-04-28, version 6.0.0* I tried to register an account and after entering my details the app said my mobile number and name was already registered. So I then tried to reset password using my mobile number but the app then told me that the number was not registered. I then tried adding the +61 instead of 0 but it wouldn’t accept that format. So I proceeded to try all my email addresses and still no account. It’s been great. Recently it seems to be not working. I have myself, my husband and my son meds on the app. But for some reason, I can’t order repeats. It tells me I’ve ran out of my meds. But the order button doesn’t have the option to order again. I go into my script history. It says I have repeats left, but I can’t order them. I have removed and re downloaded the app several times. But it’s still not working. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2025-09-01, version 7.1.1* Hit and miss as to whether it opens since adding the password requirement. Now it suffers from regular outages and at times won’t even load. Only shows scripts that have been filled previously, if you leave a script with chemist to get later they disappear into a vacuum. They randomly choose to give back your script or keep them. I understand the need for security with medical data, I work in health, but forcing me to use FaceID when I choose not to use this function on my phone for privacy reasons .. esp when it’s also compulsory to set up a PIN number .. means no app for me ### 1/5 — Incorrect pharmacy *2024-10-18, version 7.0.2* This app has always worked well until very recently and now only goes to my nearest pharmacy. I go to a different little further away to a larger town. No amount of signing in or logging out allows me to order my online scripts at the correct pharmacy ### 1/5 — Camera function not work since update from 04/24 *2024-04-19, version 7.0.0* New update (04/24) still hasn’t addressed issue of app freezing when trying to take a photo of script in app. App still crashes every time. ### 1/5 — Too slow *2023-11-01, version 6.0.0* Love the idea but app runs too slow between every page. ### 1/5 — Worst app that puts health at risk *2023-06-25, version 6.0.0* Three times now the chemist wouldn’t dispense medication because this app just throws errors, despite me having 6 repeats left. It’s dangerous to people’s health that it directly stands in the way of people getting the medicine they’ve been prescribed. Ridiculous. On Tuesday I received my E scripts via SMS from my Doctor and when I press the E Script it opens the app at lightning speed. SO TOTALLY WRAPPED WITH THIS APP! If there was a 6 star rating I’d given a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I noticed that someone asked for Face ID unlock. I am now able to log in with the help of my pharmacist, who said I should log in through the med advisor app and this worked, it is a useful app but has some bugs that should be fixed. ### 4/5 — Excellent but a little fix needed *2021-06-06, version 5.13.0* This app has saved me when a I was in a bad car accident and the police and doctors needed to know all my meds. I wasn’t thinking properly but I could take them into the app and they could get all the info from here. I’ve used it at the dentist and physio as well (I take a lot of meds and can’t remember all their names). The only issue which has been happening for the past year or so is that once you’ve typed the notes into the notes section they disappear whenever you press next. It’s be a 5 star app if this was fixed, but it’s a really inconvenient issue as it’s stopped me ordering some meds using the app before ### 4/5 — Face ID.
