Garbage. Unfortunately, I have to see my former addresses from two prior moves first. This then requires me to toggle and find my current account. If the former accounts are kept for history, there should be away to see our current account first then most recent former address, and the following former address. Or store the former accounts into an archives screen. I should see my current active account and usage FIRST, since that’s what I’m paying for today. I have struggled to pay my first bill on both the web on a PC and on the app. Why do you make so hard to pay y’all??? I didn’t have a choice as my other retailer got bought out. My next electric contract won’t be with you unless you get your payment systems into the 21st century. I called customer service at least 5 times for this issue and they keep saying we will open an IT ticket. I never heard back and they never fixed the issue. I even emailed them with screenshots.
