The app use o be simple to reorder - literally like four clicks. You use to get a 20% discount. That went away. So did the military discount. The first time I used this version it locked me outta my account. No way to rest password. Called customer service and left a number for a return call. Still waiting two weeks later. Sent email the same day. Still waiting. After 24 hours I was able to get back in my account. It’s essentially a webpage. Since I never heard back from customer service I took my long term business to Lens Direct. Once I finally got insurance and an eye exam I tried to order contacts from this site and paid for expedited shipping that is said to be delivered within 3-4 days. After a week of waiting I contacted customer service and was told, “ Our records indicate we provided an arrival date of 3 to 4 days. Unfortunately, shipping can take up to 14 days from the day we shipped your order.” This was already frustrating, but then they denied to reimburse me for paying for the 3-4 day expedited shipping. As of today, I have been waiting on my order for 31 days and have not received it. The first order arrived in my town after over two weeks, and then was returned to the seller. Instead of a refund or sending it again, they waited for me to reach out almost a month after ordering, again. In which they responded that they would ship out a new order today. 3 days later they shipped it.
