I feel like I’m being extorted by the company. I used to be able to skip the weeks I didn’t need care, but now have to pay for at least one day a week or completely un enroll my child and then pay an enrollment fee each time to re-enroll. I’ve emailed and gotten no response. Call times are absurd and the AI chatbot just sends you the same instruction page over and over. Disgraceful ### 1/5 — Use an alternate daycare just because of this app! *2026-05-29* We have actually moved daycare’s during the summer because of this app. They removed any way for separate households to make the payments. The design is horrible and very confusing. I cannot customize the schedule like we used to. My children do not always go on the same date and I need to be able to adjust the schedule from the app or the company website.
