Why would I trust a stranger with my password? What’s horrible all **Developer response:** Hi, our app is paid with a free trial period to allow you to evaluate it before the purchase. Unfortunately we cannot male it completely free with ads since it wound't be enough to pay for our bills ### 1/5 — Total waste of money *2023-02-13* Didn’t work at all, started out glitchy then just got a blank screen. It’s a lot of random chronological facts of when something was built, damaged, rediscovered, restored, etc. I find my mind losing attention. Wasted our precious time on our vacation. We are working on improving our guides continuously. ### 2/5 — Awful AI Voice *2025-03-19* The AI voice is so fake I can hardly bear to listen to it - and it cannot correctly pronounce the name of major historical figures. Content seems ok. Usability of the map is poor. Overall not worth the money **Developer response:** Hello Tasho, I'm sorry you didn't like the voice over, but I assure you that Barbara is a real person and not an AI and that all the latin pronunciations are correct, at least as far as a descendent of the romans like me can see :) ### 4/5 — Pretty good! *2023-05-02* Happy with this app, worked well for the coliseum and Roman forum. I recommend it if you don’t have a tour guide. You can also wait for your groups to come around and listen in on them too but this was very nice! ### 4/5 — Great app *2019-12-27* This is a really useful app - especially since I wasn’t able to see every part of the forum, so I could read up on things I missed later on. I really like that there is a transcript of each recording. The gps location aspect doesn’t work well, so you have to click around to find the correct recordings. The recordings could be improved with pictures, to clarify what it is talking about. GPS issues might be due to the scarce coverage in certain areas, but we'll investigate them. Unfortunately the Italian law doesn't easily allow the commercial usage of monument pictures pictures, but we are examining alternatives. ### 5/5 — Good for doing it alone *2026-06-18, version 25.09.01* Used this for the Colosseum and Roman Forum. I didn’t want to join one of the big groups outside, so this was a good middle option. The audio was clear, the map helped in the Forum, and I could stop whenever I wanted.
