Just when you start to get interested in a story, the app freezes. Several times I had to restart my phone. I finally closed all other apps running on my phone and that seemed to keep the app from crashing. The app downloads the map to use offline. If uses you gps to trigger tour info add different locations. You can go at your own pace. Overall, the tour start out well and worked. But, when we had no signal, the app started freezing. It froze 6 times during the was around Tahoe. I had to restart my phone three times to get the app to start again. Final thoughts: I wish it provided more tour information points and also use less battery. This worked very well. The app showed us the route and told us the stories. We stopped for lunch, pictures, and more pictures. Lake is beautiful. Weather was ok. It rained a bit but we were in the car and still listening to the stories. I have been here twice before but had no idea about so many things that the Action app told us.
