J’ai réservé un véhicule à l’aéroport à un tarif intéressant, mais sur place, le loueur a refusé de me remettre le véhicule au motif qu’une carte d’embarquement était obligatoire — une condition qui n’était pas clairement indiquée lors de ma réservation. Le support m’indique qu’il ne peut pas activer directement le remboursement et me renvoie vers une procédure fastidieuse. À ce jour, toujours aucune nouvelle. I don’t recommend booking this company again. At the rental desk I was then sold a second, overlapping "Body Protection," plus a roadside assistance charge I was never told about, so I ended up paying twice for the same protection. At no point, in the booking or at pickup, did anyone tell me I already held equivalent coverage. When I complained, Discover Cars said their coverage is a separate product the rental company does not recognize at the counter, and pointed me to the supplier. The supplier pointed me straight back to Discover Cars. Each blamed the other, and neither took responsibility. In my experience the two systems are set up so they never talk to each other, which conveniently lets both sides deflect accountability and refuse a refund. I met every payment requirement with a credit card in my own name, and no deposit was even required, so there was no reason I needed extra protection at the desk. I felt tricked into paying for something I already had. Check your coverage carefully before booking, and know that if something goes wrong, you may be passed back and forth with no resolution. ### 1/5 — Loueur voleur *2026-05-09* J’ai réservé un véhicule il y a quelques jours, et j’ai payé en ligne l’intégralité de la location pour 10 jours, et quelques heures avant de récupérer la voiture j’ai reçu un mail m’indiquant que j’ai annulé ma réservation, alors que je n’ai pas annulé ma réservation, j’essaye d’expliquer la situation à Discover cars mais on me répond comme si je suis un menteur, donc au final j’ai perdu l’intégralité de mes 10 jours de location, le loueur introuvable et ne répondant pas à mes appels, et le comble c’est que Discover cars couvre le loueur en affirmant que c’est moi qui a annulé. **Developer response:** Bonjour Hachemi94, désolé pour cette situation. Also their insurance is tricky, I suggest to take directly from company you are taking car from. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-03-25, version 1.9.17* The have access my bank account to take money for booking but never confirm or cancel my booking till i need to access my booking they told me is cancelled but not refund. They do not give me service and take my money. Fifteen minutes later after asking two different officials, we returned to the desk. Long queue and were told the insurance we had paid for would not cover us. An hour later we drove off in a car with the worst gearbox ever.
