I love it when companies bring out new “improved” apps that don’t work. I can no longer access my accounts. Don’t upgrade to this!

**Developer response:** We apologize for your negative experience. Our new online/mobile banking system went live on 12/2/2020, however the app update was released on 12/1/2020 and this caused a slight delay in when you could enroll in the new mobile banking app. We’re sorry you were not able to access your accounts during this delay. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the credit union and we can help you with the enrollment process. Thank you for choosing Discovery FCU.

i really like the new UI, and all the new organizational options for the homepage. however, my account balances are rarely up to date. sometimes clicking through to my account details will give me a more accurate number, but a lot of the time the info on the app differs from the balances i see on my atm reciept. i make a lot of large atm deposits, usually after hours, and it can sometimes take days for my balance to be accurately represented, especially if part of the deposit is temporarily withheld due to its size- a hold that typically clears the following morning. i’m hoping this is just a bug, and that this review will reach the right person to fix it

It would be helpful to be able to pull up a payee under bill pay and see when the past payments were made. Other than that, this app makes life and money management so less time consuming!

The old discovery app wasn’t great but since they updated it a year or two ago it’s great.  Honestly the app’s even better than big banks like chase. The credit union’s great too.  Always quick to respond/resolve anything that comes up or anything I need help with

I have been waiting years to be able to transfer money to my account from an outside bank without having to write a check to myself, lol. Cheers to 2020!
