I never really review apps but after using this app for just a week it has helped me way beyond what I was suspecting. I have tried using apps like this before but they never really helped but I started using this app and the daily check ins and the amount of features you can use really help you around certain parts of your life if it’s your sleep, petty addictions or struggling with your mental health. I would really recommend if you want to focus on yourself but not sure how to.
