This database is also missing MAJOR categories of disease (like all Urea Cycle Defects except citrullenemia, which is not even the most common defect). To demonstrate how disorganized this database is, Citrullenemia is not found in the “genetic” category, despite being an Inborn Error of Metabolism. It’s not even found in the “endocrine” section! It’s under “cutaneous disorders” within endocrine, which makes no logical sense. When you’re finally on the Citrullenemia page, the signs/symptoms, etc. categories do not expand. It also lacks CRITICAL details about the condition, like WHAT metabolites are elevated. Instead, it just says “certain metabolites are elevated,” making this unusable as a study resource. SUMMARY: need to organize conditions under proper category (genetics), add more conditions since entire categories of well-known genetic conditions aren’t present, & add more details on the condition (like biochemical findings). Until then, this resource isn’t helpful. ### 5/5 — Extremely helpful app *2024-03-19* This app is incredibly helpful. It gives you all the information you need and is very thorough in it’s explanations. ### 5/5 — Really good educational app *2021-02-11, version 1.2.2* I am extremely satisfied with the app, it is very educational and easy to use. You are given thousands of diseases and disorders in organized alphabetical categories. The small add shown on the bottom is there but I hardly even see it at all. The app is very worth downloading and the fact that it is free is just amazing!! Thank you to the creator it’s greatly appreciated! ### 3/5 — Can’t read bottom of pages *2020-06-29, version 1.2.2* I like this app and the information within. However, there is no way to read the bottom of the pages due to advertisements. Even if you click the “x” in the upper right corner, the space then has a link to google for why you are seeing the advertising. It never goes away and you can not scroll past it to finish reading what is behind it. Very annoying.
