Simple, clean, and powerful. I love how it builds real discipline with streaks. Definitely one of the best focus app I’ve tried.

I’m genuinely loving Disengage!!! It makes stepping back from the noise feel easy instead of overwhelming. It is  simple, supportive, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Especially when those work emails keep rolling in when i'm OOO!
