不具合なのか、何が原因かわかりませんが、アプリを起動しても真っ白の画面のままで固まります。ログイン画面も何も出てきません。チケット受け取り等もできません。直りますでしょうか？

IDを重複登録してしまっている場合、不要なIDを退会してログインすると表記されているが、退会するところがないのが困ります。
ログアウト、ログイン画面もつけてほしいです
