Despite telling the app that what exercises i cannot do due to some issues in body, the app is continuously adding the same exercise again and again…even if after reminding 3-4 times, the app is adding same exercise again and again, how can we be sure that we are in safe hands in terms of our nutrition and weight loss journey and being healthy and fit.
Deducting amount every month and its simply an AI..answering the questions and suggesting the solutions which we also can get through chatgpt and all.
Whats the point of spending 300 every month.

They totally doing a fraud if we give them GPay excess they are deducting a amount every month without our permission n they told me we will start from amount 3rs after if we permit them then only they will deduct amount from account but there no notification or any debit messages regarding deductions of amount 
Today I checked the account statement that my money has been cut and I had used this app only 5 days since the last 17th of May till now my money has been deducted 
I am totally disappointed with this app thank u

I have first paid 3 rupees as a trial for 3 days and same day I paid 499 for whole month and after 3 days they stopped my services

It started with a ₹3 demo/trial charge. After that, an AutoPay subscription was enabled. When I was not satisfied with the service, I tried to remove the AutoPay. However, I was unable to delete it. When I contacted PhonePe Support, they informed me that Disha Health had put the AutoPay on hold, which is why I could not remove it myself.

After that, I contacted Disha Health many times. The biggest problem is that they have no proper customer support. There is no customer care number, no human executive to speak with, and only AI chat responses. There is no proper way to get help from a real person.

After repeatedly messaging them, they clearly told me that no future charges would be deducted from my account and that I should not worry.

Despite that assurance, ₹499 was automatically deducted from my account on July 2, and another ₹499 was deducted again on July 4. That means ₹998 was deducted within the same month without my consent.

As soon as I noticed the deductions, I immediately contacted Disha Health. At first, they clearly refused to provide any refund.

However, after I shared a screenshot of their own message promising that no future charges would be deducted, they argued with me for several days. Eventually, they admitted their mistake and assured me that my full refund would be processed within 3–5 days.

Now, even after more than 6 days, when I contacted them again regarding my refund, they changed their statement and claimed that the previous refund information provided to me was incorrect. This means Disha Health has repeatedly provided me with misleading and contradictory information.
