New trick to scam people be aware…. ### 1/5 — Unfair Auto-Pay and Poor Customer Service *2026-02-07* I took a ₹3 trial plan, but after 4 days ₹299 was auto-deducted for a one-month plan without my consent. I contacted customer support many times, but there is no response at all. Auto-pay option is unclear and refund support is very poor..Worst customer service. Deducting amount every month and its simply an AI..answering the questions and suggesting the solutions which we also can get through chatgpt and all. After that, an AutoPay subscription was enabled. When I was not satisfied with the service, I tried to remove the AutoPay. However, I was unable to delete it. When I contacted PhonePe Support, they informed me that Disha Health had put the AutoPay on hold, which is why I could not remove it myself. After that, I contacted Disha Health many times. The biggest problem is that they have no proper customer support. There is no customer care number, no human executive to speak with, and only AI chat responses. There is no proper way to get help from a real person. After repeatedly messaging them, they clearly told me that no future charges would be deducted from my account and that I should not worry. Despite that assurance, ₹499 was automatically deducted from my account on July 2, and another ₹499 was deducted again on July 4. That means ₹998 was deducted within the same month without my consent. As soon as I noticed the deductions, I immediately contacted Disha Health. At first, they clearly refused to provide any refund. However, after I shared a screenshot of their own message promising that no future charges would be deducted, they argued with me for several days. Eventually, they admitted their mistake and assured me that my full refund would be processed within 3–5 days. Now, even after more than 6 days, when I contacted them again regarding my refund, they changed their statement and claimed that the previous refund information provided to me was incorrect. This means Disha Health has repeatedly provided me with misleading and contradictory information. ### 1/5 — Refund report autopay *2026-04-28* I am writing to inform you that an amount of ₹299 has been debited from my account through auto-pay for your application. I would like to clearly state that I have not been using this app, and I did not intend to continue any subscription or recurring payment. Despite this, the auto-pay has not been stopped, and the amount has been deducted without my consent. I kindly request you to: 1. Immediately cancel/stop the auto-pay or subscription linked to my account. 2. Refund the deducted amount of ₹299 at the earliest. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm once the auto-pay has been deactivated and the refund has been processed. If you require any additional details, I am happy to provide them. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. ### 1/5 — Bad experience save your money *2026-04-21* My experience with the Disha AI app has been extremely disappointing. During the free trial, only three exercise videos were provided, and even after purchasing the subscription, the same content kept repeating. There is no real value or new content — just the same videos again and again. It feels like a complete waste of money and mentally frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid subscribing to this app and save their money. Why i will pay again in month when it already debited 299. There is no one to solve my quire it give me a no. In chat, bot is confirming subscription got cancelled and you will not charged. But I have been charged again and there is no way to cancel it . There is no support customer care nothing . Fraud app. Huge fraud ### 1/5 — Worst Services *2026-02-22* For the trial period - they will be very pro active method but as soon as the money is deducted from the account- it will be unresponsive. Chats or Calls will be initiated only if requested everyday. Problem with this is - I would have worked on myself itself if i wouldn’t require daily reminders from someone else.
