It has caused so many issues, do not recommend! Doesn’t have the ability to send tips distributed to minors. Their customer service advice is to have minors commit tax fraud by using their parents social security number. Took $175 from my account, claiming it was an “authorization charge” for me to never receive the money back. Customer service read aloud, with people noticeably heard in the background, on a recorded line, my social security number without my permission or me asking. Doesn’t have the ability to tell you your account balance, or any information about fraudulent charges on your account. Has only been in operation for a few short months, and is relying on their mistakes and money it’s taking from its users to “fix the issues.” ### 5/5 — Super cool and easy *2023-04-12, version 1.1.7* Just got the app for the restaurant I work at. My manager sends me the tips I’m owed after every shift. The Wallet operates like Venmo except I can see all my work sales and tip history down to each shift. I use my debit card for regular day to day, but if I need to move the money to my other bank account it acts like Venmo.
