I activated the notifications and I’m not even notified when event sales are announced or go on sale. What’s the point of the notifications? What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t notify you of the events. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating. We pay almost $200 to be a part of this club and we’re missing the benefits because the app is a lame duck. Just getting to the actual ticket page required digging through layers of fluff — videos, promos, and distractions — before you could even find the real entry point. By the time you got there, you were already behind. I logged in early, did everything right, sat through the countdown… and got a blank screen. No queue position, no confirmation, no error — nothing. Just a dead page. I tried multiple devices on a high-speed connection and got the same result every time. This wasn’t user error. This was a system failure. If tickets were gone, say so. If the system crashed, say so. Instead, Disney left people staring at empty screens, guessing what to do next. For a company this big, this wasn’t just disappointing — it was sloppy, opaque, and disrespectful. ### 1/5 — Needs overhaul *2025-10-23, version 5.3.0* Most features in accessible ### 1/5 — Pointless *2025-10-17* D23 is such a joke. Zero issues and it’s very responsive. ### 5/5 — Great Execution *2025-04-09* Great Execution with timely notifications and discounts for good neighbor hotels. The D23 nights have been fun for ducks and upcoming angels games. Only room for improvement is a unified sign on environment that would work across all Disney apps to prevent fan frustration from multiple sign ins and vpn access for streaming content as long as vpns are on national cloud. There’s no obvious indication that I’m logged in and trying to do so is needlessly difficult as it’s hidden under “discounts and offers” instead of anything account related. The interface also likes to slide to the right and left at the slightest touch which gets annoying when all you want to do is scroll up/down. Lastly, it just appears to deliver the info from the website in the same format making the app not really necessary. Clean it up and it could be a nice way to view your account but right now, not so much. ### 2/5 — Membership Card Fail *2025-08-20* Never could get my membership card to load. It just continued to “load”… if I closed the app & went back in to try again, I had to re-sign in, which still never worked to actually load the card. I imagine the app is good for keeping track of where discounts are, etc, but not great as an alternative to carrying around your membership card ### 2/5 — Rubbish and doesn’t work *2025-07-19* Literally the only thing this is really needed for, is to display your membership card. And that doesn’t work. It always says loading and never does.
