The only problem with this game is that when my phone has updated several times, the game told me that I couldn’t play the game on my phone anymore. There’s so many different activities, and the world building aspect is so fun, especially on a device like an iPad. I’ve brought so many areas to life, and to watch Disney characters enjoy the spaces I’ve made feels truly special. My only complaint is I’ve gotten heavy into world building, and Apple Arcade has a very limited selection of pathing, rocks, greenery, and trees for certain biomes. I will never be purchasing Storybook Vale or likely any of the expansions due to your predatory decision to include greyed out companions and the like from paid DLCs in the base game on any platform at all. If a feature is not available in the game I ALREADY PAID FOR (especially one you’re going to include in our completion percentages), there are zero morally acceptable reasons to include an incomplete-able goal in our lists of items to be collected. This is predatory marketing behavior that has ZERO place in a CHILDREN’S GAME. I end up uninstalling it once my subscription expired. However, when I bought a new Apple device, I got another subscription trial. However, when I try to redownload this game to play, it fails to load game saying error #7: connectivity issues failed. What the heck? If this is how the game is going to behave everytime I uninstall and reinstall, then I don’t know if I should keep playing and continue dishing my time into DDLV. I got to eternity isle, well I can’t leave, I can’t finish any quests, I can’t do anything, the game is frozen but I can move around. Sent support a ticket, I sent screen shots, screen recordings per their request. Now they just forgot me. Sent two more messages and no one replies. Very disappointing. Fun game as long as you don’t need support.
