アプリを再インストールしてみたが改善されず。

アプリloading画面から動かず、カスタマーサービスに連絡しました。
アプリを消したりDisneyプラスの方のアプリも消したりSafariのキャッシュを消去したりと色々な方法を提案されましたがどれも解決せず…
アプリを消したせいでDisneyプラスの方もログインすら出来なくなりました。

カスタマーサービスの指示ではなく自力で色々試してなんとか解決しました。

◯まずDisneyプラスはdアカウントで登録してあるアドレスではなくdocomoのメールアドレスを入力したらログインできました。
◯続いてダメ元でOSのアップデートを確認したところ新しいOSが来ていたのでアップデートしたらDisneyDXも開きました。

どうやらこのアプリは最新のOSにしか対応していないようです。

もし同じようにお困りの方がいましたら上記の２つを試してみてください。
