A supposed glitch wiped out my progress in a collection, which includes rare pins I paid REAL MONEY for in the monthly quest pass. These jokers refused to give me the rare pins back because they had already given me common pin packs as a consolation for THEIR INEPTITUDE. I am considering starting a group lawsuit for paid players who have been literally robbed—check Reddit if you are also in this situation as I build this claim. I paid for packs they claim they cannot restore because I’ve already been helped—absolute lies. Oh, and not to mention, any progress you do make, might just be taken away at any moment (that actually just happened) and they aren’t in any hurry to fix the problem.
