Level 22 is the rage zone. It’s way too hard to get a massive troll statue with 13 other troll statues of all different sizes and like 17 or more red or pink matches. I’m on level 1141! Unfortunately some of the features are no longer working: buying gold and connecting to Facebook. When I try to buy gold, I get a “Network unavailable” message telling me to check my Internet connection. When I try to connect to Facebook to save my progress, I get a “Log in error,” but the app never tries to open Facebook. I hope there will be another update to resolve this. (I was compensated with coins and such for the most part, I gave up asking as I discovered more things missing & just decided to rebuild.) Since then, events are ending three to eight hours earlier than shown. It’s so frustrating to return to the game in the late afternoon to finish off an event that was supposed to end at 8pm or 9pm only to find it has disappeared completely. Thus has been My favorite Gabe for years and one day about 7-8 months ago… it just “Froze” on me and I have not been able to play. I tried trouble shooting and did everything your website suggested. I even offload the app and hope it will reset with a new update, but nothing has worked. I really don’t want to delete the app and lose all my progress. Have you had this issue with other users you’ve been able to resolve? I have tried contacting your support team, but have not gotten any responses. While I love the game, I hate the ads that pop up, after the first level you play, then after various number of levels. I play on iPad and iPhone, iPad runs ads, but iPhone does not. I sent in a complaint five weeks ago, if I get daily reward of unlimited lives or reward, I lose time because of ads….not right nor fair. They have yet to help me this. The latest issue was jamcity sent me 6 hrs of unlimited lives, issue is you have to play it all at once because time counts down, even though I logged out as directed. They keep closing cases on me with no resolution! It takes them 2-3 days to get back to you, but if I do not respond with8n a day, they consider case resolved and close it, without fixing issue! After waiting weeks and not hearing back (and asking again), I deleted the game and reinstalled. That worked but I lost all 750 levels, even though I did same my progress through Apple. After 2 months they responded with “here’s an update and then closed my ticket very quickly. Worst customer service ever.
