However, a few days ago I decided to download a further puzzle pack at a cost of 7.99. Since downloading the app, the puzzles refuse to load. After speaking to one of your team, and discovering there was a configuration problem, she has been trying to help me solve it. As a last resort I was advised to uninstall and reinstall which I did. This did not bode well for me because now only the puzzles of the day and the starter pack work. All my other paid for packs just show 0% loaded and will not load. So now I have lost most of my paid for puzzles too. This is an ongoing issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon but it’s not looking good. ### 3/5 — Rarely works *2026-08-10, version 9.4.3* App rarely works anymore. It’s saying it’s me but it’s not and I tried emailing the company and keeps bouncing back. I enjoyed the game but some reason how you get the daily puzzle and keep saying no Internet connection and I have gotten a new IEP. They did all the testing that they should for it. My operating software is up-to-date and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It reloaded all of my purchased puzzles but it won’t let me play the puzzle of the day. A message says « check your internet connexion » but it’s on and work with other apps. Everything else on my device works- so it’s not an issue on the user’s side. I considered doing a membership last week- glad I didn’t! Not about to spend money on something that stops working. ### 3/5 — Continuous Lost of Internet Connection *2026-06-21, version 9.4.3* I’ve been playing this puzzle game since 2016, which I really enjoy when it works. But for some reason it regularly loses connection to the internet so I can’t play the daily puzzles. When this happens, I do everything I can to make it work: test my internet connection, try different options of connectivity, make sure the app is updated, hard restart, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Unfortunately nothing works, and with the reinstall I lose all my points and achievements. I still have my purchases, but it is still very annoying when I can play my other apps with full connectivity but this app regularly shows no connection to the internet. ### 2/5 — Crashing Help. *2026-06-20, version 9.4.3* All of a sudden my app won’t open.
