Unless you have been before and know where the rides are, it is difficult to find names of the rides just from the map. You have to click on the wait times to see what ride it is. Directions lag a lot and won’t keep up with a walking pace. Also ride times are more than often wrong. ### 3/5 — Loved app look before update *2026-08-20, version 7.16* The apps art style was much better before the frozen update now it makes all the attractions look flat and boring as well as small. Please go back to the semi-3d look like the other Disney park apps. Also it’s missing key things like Val D’europe and Golf Disneyland Paris which would make the app look much more detailed and show the full offerings of the area proving it is a multi day resort. I much prefer how the Walt Disney World app looks and performs in terms of the app. It clearly writes what each hotel and offering is when you zoom in slightly. ### 3/5 — Loved app look before update *2026-04-06, version 7.14.1* The apps art style was much better before the frozen update now it makes all the attractions look flat and boring as well as small. It’s a birds eye view of the park but guests are not birds; we don’t recognize buildings based on their roof. This is truly a downgrade, I don’t understand why they switched to something worse than what we had before. And that’s only mentioning one thing, other reviewers have explained why the UX is also bad and in dire need of an update. ### 2/5 — New Map? Entendi que pode ser um problema de conversa entre banco e operação da Disney , mas acredito que poderia ter uma mensagem mostrando se deu certo ou não , dando uma orientação e não deixando o cliente em um limbo onde a gente não sabe se deu certo ou não . ### 2/5 — App navigation issues *2025-10-27, version 7.11* Every time I open a restaurant page to view menu or availability, the back arrow disappears and I am unable to navigate away from the menu page. The app was great but I hope it works in the park and I love the feature when you can choose what u want to see on the app ( phone charging points,shopping toilets characters etc etc.) They should make the app easier though because my twelve year old daughter couldnt sign in but the app is 4+ and she is twelve and she deleted the app afterwards ### 3/5 — I am sad *2025-08-05, version 7.9* Pretty mid ### 1/5 — Failed when needed *2025-08-05, version 7.9* Certain experiences like the Stitch character photo op for the Music Festival requires a virtual queue only through the app. We stayed in the Disney property and were on park 2 days and it had 4 options for joining the queue and we were on at the exact second it became available and it gave us errors 6 times and then when it reloaded it said the queue was full. This is not a good system. Very disappointed family from a failed system In the app. ### 1/5 — Defaults to two park tickets *2025-07-21, version 7.9* Even when you clearly select that you want a 1 park ticket, it immediately toggles to a 2 park ticket. Meaning that you have to again select that you want only one. You in a Disney universe where they can’t manage to correctly save your payment method in their app, so you have to do it over and over again between buying fast passes and restaurants. For one order at a restaurant you’ll need to enter your address detail and receive between 3 and 4 emails. Unbelievable. After 20 minutes I need a break. The UI is horrible, I’m asked the same questions repeatedly. Disney doesn’t seem to understand that my children don’t have email addresses or cell phone numbers. There seems to be a natural assumption that I know all the alternative-Disney names for things. Lots of popular interrupting the registration process. Staff does not maintain order. Smoking is rampant across the park. People sit and block stairs. No involvement from staff. Air conditioning is insufficient. Le notifiche live arrivano in ritardo. ### 1/5 — Really UX poor for Disney *2026-06-30, version 7.15* Please do a good round of QA for this mobile app. The experience has been horrible for years, and no one is doing anything about it 1. once you click on the searched option on the map, you can not close it and just explore the map 2. You cannot just explore the map and click on points of interest (think Google Maps) although it would be intuitive 3. Even though I am logged in, it still prompts me sign in and link my tickets. I can still go to the ticket section and find my tickets (after way more clicks than necessary) 4. The app overall is more tailored to upselling instead of providing the data on what the user has already payed for 5. Ich konnte auf Anhieb unsere Karten Tickets und Hotelbuchung Verknüpfung. Das ging wirklich easy über die Reservierungsnummer. Und man hat alles direkt passend. Ebenfalls positiv das ich von unterwegs aus den schnell pass buchen kann. Ist kein muss aber dennoch sehr gut gelöst wie ich finde. Ansonsten zeigt die App Zuverlässig die Karte mit genauen Standort. Also verstehe teils die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Jeder der in den Park geht, sollte sich vorab die App zumindest mal anschauen. Also ich nutze sie gern während meines Aufenthalts. 👍🏻 ### 5/5 — Amélioration depuis le 1re octobre *2021-12-20* L’application était inutile et encombrante dans mon GSM de geek, étant moi même un grand développeur d’application je sais remarqué les entourloupe de votre application. Il y’a deux écoles : « Je me souviens des mes jeunes années passés en 1900 avec mon ami René a vagabonder dans le parc à l’époque magnifique » Depuis le 1re octobre 2021 l’application a connue un nouveau jour. Je ne serais l’expliquer mais je suis passé dans l’école du digital, je brûle mon plan de 1993 après tant de bon et loyaux services.
