At some point I get signed out, but shows I’m signed in on app. Only after updating the app in March, did it suddenly show I was signed out. Lost work because of this glitch, made the beginning of the year a struggle it never should have been. And yes— I called dispatch periodically to make sure I was signed in, but one shouldn’t have to keep doing so when all the app needs to do is send an automatic notification and have a permanent toggle on main page showing whether you’re signed in or not (red if not, green if so—and be accurate) instead of having to constantly wonder/call to check if the system just so happened to sign you out. Now, this most recent update (5/24) literally wiped all my skills, wtf. This is going to be a fun phone call. ### 1/5 — Really poorly made, annoying *2026-05-24* App designed by 5th grader with AI it seems. Even after the most recent update I get notifications of work calls constantly that I have to pay through menus to turn off or on. Why not categorize any of the calls? Why not do any basic semblance of sortation?! Kept hoping it would get better but 720 is letting us down with this. ### 1/5 — New update screwed up the app *2026-04-01* Now with the new update, I get no notifications I know that this is correct because on my android phone I’ll get notification sometimes lol This app is horrendous ### 1/5 — Needs to put rate on your dispatch as well as… *2026-02-17* First thing wrong with it is no matter how I tell it to notify vibrate, sound, etc. It does not notify when job is open when signed in for open calls. Also it does not put the rate the position is paying you. With all these different contracts & rate variances this should be noted in the position. I understand with some positions as things go in shows they become more in rate pay. However would be nice to know base rate. This and now with companies having to do a dispatch for each day if rate has increased due to client expectations this reflects in our history. Also stamp dues cannot be seen on phone app. ONLY on desktop/laptop. ### 1/5 — IOS notifications *2025-05-11* Need to be fixed asap. Ridiculously unfair to workers with IOS as we don’t get notifications of available work. ### 2/5 — Notifications Not Working for iOS *2026-01-25* I am not receiving any notifications from the app no matter what I do, including restarting my phone and re-uploading the app. This has put me at a great disadvantage of seeing available work. ### 2/5 — Notifications Not Working *2025-11-03* The app runs smoothly overall but the notifications do not work when new dispatch work becomes available. I never receive any alerts which makes it easy to miss job opportunities. It would really help if this issue could be fixed soon since reliable notifications are important for staying updated. ### 2/5 — Issues with app…. *2025-06-14* The iOS version has catastrophic flaws. I use version 1.0.7 of the app on ios 18.5 on an iphone 14 Max. Issues: Notifications aren’t alerted by buzz or sound. My phone is setup to be alerted by all these means. I only find out if I am actually looking at the phone at the time and see the persistent text alert. The other problem is if I keep the app running in the background, and I do happen to catch the alert, the actual dispatch notification doesn’t show work is available in the app. I have to close the app and relaunch and sign in again. Then presto, the work is available. What? Please fix it. And please alert us to when new revisions are launched. ### 3/5 — Issue with the app *2025-09-07* Recently with the new iOS update the app hasn’t been sending any notification when work was available. Trying to circumvent this has been nye impossible if anything I would love an update allowing us to change the notification sound it self as a means to make it louder or more recognizable but for the time being a update to fix the bug it would would be greatly appreciated, thank you. ### 4/5 — Notifications are silenced *2025-07-28* After turning on sounds and alerts for notifications, they are still silenced.
