It’s really a great app for the business. I’ve had a couple of problems out if it though on mobile, there’s a period where if I go out of app for a few seconds just to take pictures and upload them the app will crash and I will have to reopen the app and find the call # I was on the begin with. Then there is the other issue, before I was on iPhone I used android and no matter where I went on the app I was able to see who was on call and who did what call. But since I’ve been on iPhone I’ve only been able to see a few completed calls where it displays who did the call, but for the most part I won’t be able to see it. The only place that is consistent is the home area where it shows the active calls. But if I go into recently impounded or go into the calls themselves the name will not display. Those are the only reasons I’m not giving 5 stars. I love how good the tracking is on mobile, and the ability to keep track of what calls are what is pretty amazing. I don’t use it to its fullest being I’m not supposed to do certain things being my job doesn’t require me to, but with what I do use it definitely makes things easier than other apps I’ve used and it’s definitely better than having to go strictly by filing cabinet. Anyways I’d really appreciate it if you could fix those problems. ### 4/5 — Needs update *2019-01-10, version 1.4.38* App needs to be updated. When searching for completed jobs from the day before or current day there is no total. Can’t you make it so it shows how many like it does on the assigned or waiting? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Reporting an issue *2023-10-16, version 4.4.83* App just got frozen, I can accept new jobs from providers ### 1/5 — Just get TowBook *2023-04-19, version 4.4.73* After using TowBook and and beacon’s “Dispatch Anywhere” I can safely say it’s easily worth $20 more a month because towbook will actually stop charging you if ask. Beacon software seems to be a predatory company that relies on the difficulty of cancellation to make their bills. Do not get involved with these scammers. I’ve been trying to cancel my service since January, they will tell you that someone form the “cancellation team” will contact you “today”. Just don’t. For $150/month I’ve found that my money is better spent with an online advertising/SEO company. Yet I can’t seem to cancel this companies charges without calling my bank and putting a stop payment order. ### 1/5 — Please update ASAP *2019-09-18, version 4.0.2* Can you please update the app it’s got so many bugs that make my job impossible to do.
