However there is no create new account option and I can't do anything within this app without already having an account. Website also only has a "get a demo" option with no other way of account creation. Too many hoops to jump through and no pricing shown openly on their site. This app could revolutionize my business or be completely useless, I couldn't tell you. ### 3/5 — Needs Improvement *2019-10-31* Great overall. Would like it to not log me out when I lose internet. Pictures are hard to load and an open. Plus does some weird stuff when pictures are taken sideways on the phone. My biggest need would be ability to assign jobs to my techs without having to schedule them. This would make my life so much better. Plus last iPhone update or app update are not compatible. ### 3/5 — This last updates horrible *2019-04-09* I have been using this app for almost 3 1/2 years this last update makes it very hard to use always losing connection. ### 1/5 — This used to be great *2019-03-05* I have been using dispatch for 2 yrs and it was great and easy to use in the go from my iPhone but since the new update it’s no longer convenient on the go. I used to be able to copy part numbers from my notes to order parts on the go or call phone numbers that are written in my notes. Unfortunately I will be looking for new software as I’ve asked them to fix whatever they changed and they can’t seem to do that. ### 3/5 — Decent app *2018-04-18* It is a pretty good scheduling app for the money you pay I like the feature that it will send my customers reminders and updates when we are on our way having a really tough issue opening photos though every time I do the app will freeze then close Hopefully someone can fix this soon ### 3/5 — No print function *2017-12-05* Would be great if they added a print button, so I can print from my iPad. It is a good app, although it does have a few hang ups. Easy to accidentally move a customer on the scheduling, and you cannot make the scheduling screen bigger. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst dispatch management app. EVER *2026-06-24* My company is required to use this garbage, and it has never worked properly. The app designer’s have no idea what they are doing, and they do not consider the end user in the slightest. They try to fix a glitch and cause 4 more, and don’t even address the original issue. Save your time and sanity, do not try to use this app. You will go insane dealing with this absolute garbage ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-08-06, version 6.1.2* The App will not keep you logged in for more than a few minutes. This prevents the notifications etc. have gone above and beyond to try to get this app to work with no luck. ### 1/5 — Communication at 0 *2025-08-01, version 6.1.2* Will not respond to submitted concerns at all. Having issues with customers leaving bad reviews for the warranty company making bad decisions not to cover the repairs. As a plumbing contractor, I gained access to this program through a client, and it actually causes more problems than not. If I had a choice, I would go back to a spreadsheet. ### 1/5 — FIX IPAD BUGS *2023-08-29* I’ve used this app for almost two years, and it’s been frustrating to say the least. I’ve used it on my phone as well as my iPad and the app seems to have less issues on the phone version. However every time I try to save an estimate on my iPad, the screen goes white and I have to reset the app and lose the detail of the estimate forcing me to start over. The user interface is great but the software needs to be fixed ASAP! Dispatch please fix this for the iPad!!! ### 1/5 — None of the updates are fixing anything *2022-12-09* The recent update regarding the complete job bug is still present, in fact there are more bugs occurring, not able to edit contact information, when you add apostrophes or commas to a note, it adds a bunch of symbols, and when searching for a work order, all the numbers become duplicated. The biggest problem of it all is when you schedule an appointment and the job randomly turns gray. ### 1/5 — Always not working *2021-07-27, version 4.3.1* I’m constantly having to delete and reboot 🤨 why is that? ### 1/5 — Frustrating app *2020-11-09* The app crashes way too much, right in the middle of leaving important notes. The maps doesn’t keep or load jobs correctly. You have to go back to the alert tab to scroll back thru jobs and click on them before they appear on the map screen. There are way too many glitches on this app and it’s very frustrating 🤬🤬🤬 ### 1/5 — Plumber *2019-10-26, version 1.52.2* Since the new update on iPhone you can’t schedule jobs bc you are unable to see the times. I delete the app and redownloaded it multiple times ! Reset my phone , even factory reset it! I am a hvac technician and need to be able to upload photos ! If anyone had this issue and can help . This App earn my 5star ratings any day any time. ### 5/5 — Highly recommend *2019-11-14* Dispatch was introduced to us in late 2015 through AHS that we contract with. We have since been using for all of our customers. It is easy to use and if ever there have been issues their tech support is awesome, quick, friendly, and very helpful. We use to manually enter all work orders bust now several companies that we contract with are also using the program. Merging all of our contracts have run smoothly. App has some small glitches— like every app these days but they always are helpful and listen to feedback. I couldn’t ask for better service! ### 5/5 — Electrcian *2018-11-27* They were so nice, helpful and professional on the phone when I called them needing help with some outlets that were loose and the plug ins just fell out . They sent a worker out the next day ! He needed some extra parts, and came back the next day and fixed the outlets just fine and now the stuff I plug in stays in with out falling out! I also had a problem with a fan with a light bulb in my shower as it was making a horrible screeching noise when I turned it on/ it was old and obviously quit working. He removed the device and now I obviously need a new fan with a lightbulb. I can buy the part, but will have to contact you again, to install the new one, since I am very afraid of electricity and being electrocuted! The electrician was prompt and fixed my outlet problem satisfactorily ! Thank you for your excellent prompted and good repair job done!
