Built for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors who are tired of running a business out of a text thread and a stack of paper tickets.

Owners and admins get a dispatch board, the whole crew's day at a glance, and every job in the company. Technicians get a clean field view: today's work, jobs available to claim, their history, and their estimates. Same app, same login, different job.

EVERYTHING THE TECHNICIAN NEEDS ON SITE

• Check in with one tap — location is recorded automatically when you arrive
• Before-and-after photos attached to the job, not lost in a camera roll
• Notes and line items as the work happens
• Customer signature captured on the phone

GET PAID BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY

Build an estimate on site and send it for approval. Turn an approved estimate into a scheduled job. Invoice that job in two taps and send it by email or as a text from your own phone. Take a deposit up front and the balance at the end.

WORKS WHERE THE WORK IS

Basements, crawlspaces, and the back half of a rural service area don't have signal. DispatchCore keeps working. Status updates and photos queue on the device and sync themselves when you're back on a network — and they stay tied to the technician who recorded them.

One app for the whole company. Owners and admins now get a full Manage hub on their phone — dispatch board, crew schedule, and every job in the organization — while technicians keep the focused field view built for a truck and a pair of gloves.

NEW IN THIS RELEASE

• Calendar navigation on My Day — swipe through weeks, jump to any month, and see what's coming without leaving the screen.
• Claim your own work. The Jobs tab shows unassigned jobs so techs can pick up work without calling the office.
• Invoice before you leave the driveway. Create and send a final invoice in two taps, and choose whether it goes out by email or as a text from your own phone.
• You decide the billable hours. Completing a job now shows you the measured time on site and asks what to actually bill — including nothing at all.
• Estimates end to end: build a quote on site, get it approved, convert it to a job, invoice it.
• QuickBooks sync for customers and invoices.

RELIABILITY AND PRIVACY

• Offline work is yours alone. Photos and status updates queue against the account that made them and can't sync under the next person to sign in.
• Job photos and customer signatures are now private files, reachable only by people with access to that job.
• Technicians see the customers and jobs assigned to them — not the whole customer book.
