Please make selection an important option 3- auctions should have a baseline offers a minimum price and a maximum price offer. 4- auctions should be live every bit should show how many people are applying and the price at which they offer. Why because I won’t send and offer that someone else is lowballing offer . Why waste my time when I know that person will probably get the load. Drivers need money fast after delivery for running the business and paying bills. Now everything is stuck. Contracts clearly stated payment terms (5 business days), PODs were submitted properly, but it’s been months and still no money. I have to delete and uploaded it again. ### 2/5 — Notifications *2025-11-07* After the latest update, the app stopped sending notifications on my iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 18.5). I no longer receive any alerts about new messages from dispatchers or new loads in the auction. There are no sounds or push notifications at all. To see new messages, I have to manually open the app, go to the “bell” icon, or refresh the chat section to check for updates. That’s really frustrating because I miss important communication unless I constantly stay inside the app and keep swiping down to refresh. Please fix the notifications issue — it’s a huge problem for drivers who rely on real-time updates. ### 1/5 — Freezes Messages *2025-09-26* I missed a lot loads due to non working app. My company is using Dispatchland to send us loads to bid. When I tapped the message, no action taken. The messaging is freezing. I received an email from the support Dispatchland, to delete the app and after I downloaded and open it, could not login. I used my previous password but won’t take it. I’m now stuck for how long? No one knows except Dispatchland. **Developer response:** Hi, we are sorry that you faced an issue. Once a load is assigned to a driver, that should be a binding contract. Instead, their dispatchers and partners constantly change their minds and cancel fully assigned loads just because they find another driver willing to do it for a cheaper rate.They need strict oversight and control. If they want to look for a cheaper offer, they need to do that before they assign the load to a driver. Canceling on a driver after assignment wastes our time, ruins our scheduling, and shows a complete lack of business ethics. All the care about is you delivering their load and after that one talk to you or care about anything or challenges. We haven’t been paid for more than three weeks now since we delivered more than 11 loads.
