### 1/5 — App is trash

*2026-09-19*

App is trash and doesn’t load

**Developer response:** Thanks for letting us know, and sorry it didn’t load for you. Your review was on version 1.1.5, and we’ve released newer versions since then. Please update DispatchLink from the App Store and give it another try. Live radio is free. If it still doesn’t load, email us at, support@lonepeakradio.com with your iPhone model and we’ll get it fixed.

### 2/5 — Great details for local incidents. Only used for a week and now I don’t get anything without paying

*2026-08-10*

The app worked great for a week but now they want the usual subscription and I’m not ready to pay for a subscription yet

**Developer response:** Thanks for trying DispatchLink. I’m glad to hear the app worked well for you and that you found the local incident information useful. The free trial is provided so users can evaluate the service before subscribing. After the trial, access is $1.99 per month or $14.99 per year, which helps support the ongoing costs of operating the scanner network, hosting, connectivity, maintenance, and continued development. We’ve worked to keep the price affordable while continuing to maintain and improve the service. Thanks again for giving DispatchLink a try.

### 5/5 — Great details for local incidents that I’ve been unable to get in the past with other apps.

*2026-07-24*

When I combine this app with PulsePoint and PoliceScanner, i’m able to get a pretty good idea of the different things that are happening in terms of rescues and emergencies, etc.
