I now have to manually update it each time I take photos or perform other actions. Does not automatically update from Apple Store. Just ridiculous. Customer service??? Good luck…. They obviously don’t read the complaint email and go from script. Lost valuable information from the field app freezing up and not syncing with the main system. Their customer service basically told me it was our fault for not logging off at night. We don’t give our techs the login information for good damn reason. We’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars to integrate this garbage system with our inventory management systems.
