My notifications won’t update and I linked my 2 accounts and when I switch between them I can’t get to the profile page unless I completely shut down the app. I am also limited to the amount of hashtags I can use which would probably help engagement. ### 4/5 — Very cool *2021-11-03* I would like to see great content fill my Home Screen feed, and I know it’s on here, but I need to be fed it. Everything’s better once you connect with friends. The 2 stars are entirely because Sarah Pribis is a great trivia host. I only really downloaded the app because I recognized her from HQ Trivia and felt like she had gotten a raw deal there, so I wanted to support her. And she does a GREAT job in spite of the numerous technological issues trivia has faced. The social media aspect of the app barely works. If I minimize the app for a second to do something else, the app refreshes and I have to restart a post. It seems convoluted to even post a photo or complete a post, and honestly the only friends I have on the app are there for the same reason I am—they are trivia fanatics. Recent rule changes dictate that I make frequent posts on the app, but up to this point I haven’t bothered because it’s more difficult than the fraction of a cent I might get. I’ll keep trying so that I remain eligible for trivia, but that rule change is also what sparked me to finally write this review… **Developer response:** Hello, I'm sorry your experience with display has been less than satisfactory. You were able to see the trivia and it was so alive and it was like a little bit like TikTok. You able to see videos and things like that be rewarded for using it. I really loved it but now that I after I say two years ago, two years later, after reinstalling it, I have seen dullness in the app and there’s nomore trivia. There’s a lot of people of different countries other the US, like the Philippines or you know like Asian countries Indian countries look like they have taken over the app. No offense for people from different countries especially Third World countries. I love everyone, but it looks like it’s more other countries other than the USA are users of the app. So if you could get back the app to making it more live. more exciting and maybe put the trivia back on there with DJ music that would be great. If you do that, I would reconsider reinstalling it. They claim that users get paid one week after redeeming their balance but this is NOT true. I emailed their customer support and they were not able to give me any information about why it was taking so long and when I’ll get paid. Whether we love to dance, draw, are into photography, cooking and vlogging, we get paid. I am brand new and an actual beginner in an app that actually pays me for what I love to do so I'm even more excited. What I also love about Display is that they encourage people to post ONLY about their passions in any and all positive ways. They don't condone pornography or hate. Just spreading positive vibes, smiles and energy! I just signed up the other day btw and so far I'm loving it from the community (world), to the flexibility of being creative on your posts with the many editing options, filters and more. Whoa, and let's talk about the filters when recording video! The filters are seriously cool but the app somehow takes FULL and complete advantage of your phone's built-in and highest camera/ video settings. Unlike Instagram and a few others where you upload or go live with whatever your camera settings are already set to. I'm sure it pretty much depends on the kind of phone you have but so far, clarity, quality and even sound is magical on this app! Give it a go!
