### 5/5 — A simple but brilliant concept

As a psych major, I love the idea of this! Every time you get distracted, you log it. That's it. But it’s the act of actually having to stop and record ‘I just opened Instagram for no reason’ that makes you realize how often it happens. And even more importantly, why it happens. This app is about making the unconscious conscious, giving an opportunity for real change to unfold. 

Clean design, no ads, not overly complicated. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the app. If you want to change your habits, start here.
