Love all the clothes jewelry and bags all the things ### 5/5 — New to me *2026-05-31, version 2.6.3* Totally obsessed with ### 1/5 — App Double Charges you *2026-05-21* I bought a very expensive order because I needed some new clothes. Like over $400. I bought through the app, and when I went to purchase, the app glitched and it said that there was an error the purchase didn’t go through. I went and looked at the order history and everything to make sure it didn’t go through because I didn’t want to get double charged. I restarted the app and even checked again, just in case. So I did the purchase again and it went through the second time. I reviewed my clothes and was very disappointed. Only one thing fit correctly. I was just going to take the loss because I am disabled and it would be really difficult for me to return it. Then I was surprised to see that I received the same order again! And to my horror, they double charged me! I can’t afford $800. I called to return the order and was given an order number. Plus it wouldn’t even let me return things like earrings, even though I never even opened that package. But I had no box to return the packages in. So I had to wait until I got one, and then I got an email that the shipping label had expired, and by that time, I couldn’t find the order numbers one the app that I needed to return and it’s too late for a refund. Now I’m out an extra $400 and have two bags of clothes I can’t wear due to their awful app. ### 2/5 — Buggy app *2026-05-19, version 2.6.3* This app used to be a convenient way to browse clothes on my phone. Now I can’t even log in to save all my favorites or access my past ones, nor look at my order history and account info. When I try to log in, it just puts me in a white screen and crashes. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading and nothing works. Sucks :/ ### 1/5 — Amazing Clothes, Terrible App *2026-05-17, version 2.6.0* This app is so glitchy that it won’t even let you sign in to your account or it’ll log you out automatically. It also constantly crashes.. ### 1/5 — Wish I could use it! *2026-05-16, version 2.6.0* I love the brand but the app won’t let me log in. I tried with Shopify, google, and by email and it either sat on a blank screen or gave me an error message.
