Now I can’t even log in to save all my favorites or access my past ones, nor look at my order history and account info. When I try to log in, it just puts me in a white screen and crashes. Like over $400. I bought through the app, and when I went to purchase, the app glitched and it said that there was an error the purchase didn’t go through. I went and looked at the order history and everything to make sure it didn’t go through because I didn’t want to get double charged. I restarted the app and even checked again, just in case. So I did the purchase again and it went through the second time. I reviewed my clothes and was very disappointed. Only one thing fit correctly. I was just going to take the loss because I am disabled and it would be really difficult for me to return it. Then I was surprised to see that I received the same order again! And to my horror, they double charged me! I can’t afford $800. I called to return the order and was given an order number. Plus it wouldn’t even let me return things like earrings, even though I never even opened that package. But I had no box to return the packages in. So I had to wait until I got one, and then I got an email that the shipping label had expired, and by that time, I couldn’t find the order numbers one the app that I needed to return and it’s too late for a refund. Now I’m out an extra $400 and have two bags of clothes I can’t wear due to their awful app. ### 1/5 — Amazing Clothes, Terrible App *2026-05-17, version 2.6.0* This app is so glitchy that it won’t even let you sign in to your account or it’ll log you out automatically. I tried with Shopify, google, and by email and it either sat on a blank screen or gave me an error message. Usually they used to post out in 1-3 days and considering I’ve shopped with them for over 15 years.. this is unusual but the email I got fobbing me off with a tracking number that doesn’t work is the last straw after waiting all this time. Seems like others are having the exact same issue on trustpilot. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2026-02-08, version 2.4.2* Poor app experience overall - filters and offers frequently don’t work. More importantly, the brand does not account for height diversity at all. The shortest model shown is 5’5”, and skirt and dress lengths are clearly designed only for tall women. On someone around 5’0”, even a UK6 “midi” or “maxi” dress can trail significantly on the ground. Despite offering extended sizes up to UK24, there are no petite lengths or true consideration for shorter customers. Size labels are misleading, and garment measurements are inconsistent across products. For the price point, this lack of inclusivity and clarity is unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Won’t login for me *2026-01-29* The app randomly logged me out and I tried logging back in using my shop account. Every time I verify it’s me with my phone number it just sits on a blank white screen for minutes not doing anything. I tried restarting the app and deleting the app and reinstalling it but nothing! I can’t log in, if I do manage to finally log in I then can’t check my basket out 🙃 the favourites list is very hard to update.
