I have always had a hard time with at home workouts until now. I love the way it counts your reps and gives you positive reinforcement — even the clicking sound after each rep help so much. It kept me going. This is the first time I’m actually motivated and confident that I can continue to work out. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be able to afford the premium but I appreciate that they let you try a free trial.
