After checking back multiple times I saw today that there was a new release that promised to fix the issue of recovering the loss of existing data. But it was not to be. I get a message that the file was found but can’t be recovered. It tells me to send a “sysdiagnose” so they can investigate but that’s not possible, of course, because support is not available for this app. What a failure by the developer to existing users! And now you have the audacity to ask for money to subscribe to your Pro version with iCloud. Why should I trust you? Glad you went to iCloud. But really upset that all of my existing entries are now gone. Very poorly implemented. ### 5/5 — Update removed ALL my dittos *2026-05-20, version 3.0.0* I see no way to contact the developer, so have no option but to put my huge issue in a review. I have used this app for several years and created hundreds of texts for use in virtual group events. The app automatically updated and ALL of my content disappeared— it is like a brand new app was installed. Going to a cloud system is great, something I have wanted for ages. But how could you do that with no means to backup existing data? What a horrible shock, I and many friends lost hours upon hours of work that must be recreated from scratch.
